Remember when I first discovered this chap while trawling through Sky News a couple years ago. Since then he's gotten a lot more coverage and has diffused situations that may have led to stabbings or vicious assaults.

Taking the law into his own hands by illegally pepper spraying people and challenging drunken nightgoers to street fights, all with the support of other caped crusaders, Phoenix Jones is no stranger to controversy. But you have to admire the guy a bit, everyone has that part of them that wants to don themselves in skin-tight costumes and raid the night for the innately inhumane and ill-moral "ruffians" of this world, so bah, I have to commend him!
